TERMS OF
SERVICE
These are the Terms of Service for my commissions. The Terms of Service provided state the exact guidelines for which work is to be conducted. There are distinct differences between commissions for private or personal usage.

To avoid any disambiguity: I, Mei_b_, will be referred to as the artist in the following TOS.
If you contact the artist to commission work, it is assumed that you have properly understood the TOS, and have agreed to them. Any misunderstandings that arise through ignorance of the specifics listed in the TOS will not be tolerated.
General Information
-
As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the work at any time during creation due to any reason.
-
You may enquire about something that is not explicitly listed within these terms and conditions.
-
This is not a guarantee and these additional requests can be declined by the artist.
-
-
If you are looking to commission the artist, you need to state whether the commission is for private or commercial usage.
-
By commissioning the artist, you understand and agree to these terms.
Payment
-
Prices are subject to change based on the actual scope and demands of the commission.
-
Prices are listed in USD and are to be paid through USD.
-
Payments are to be made through PayPal.
-
Payments can either be done 100% upfront or can be split into two payments of 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the sketching phase.
-
-
Payments should not be made until after the artist has specifically agreed to move forward ahead with your commission, and confirmed your slot.
Process
-
If a commission requires the artist to design a character or anything specific due to insufficient character reference materials or any other reasons, an additional charge will be placed for character design.
-
The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 1 week to 3 months depending on factors such as personal life, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
-
You are allowed to message the artist and double-check on the status of your commissions. However, do not message them beyond the scope that it becomes invasive.
-
-
Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via email.
Revisions and Edits
-
You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
-
Any additional edits beyond these initial 3 rounds of changes on the final piece will incur additional fees - unless a misunderstanding from the artist's side has been made.
-
If you wish for the artist to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, the artist will charge you an additional fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the scale of the actual change you want made and will be based on an hourly wage, and the artist's current schedule.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
-
Refunds are not accepted post completion of the work or after significant progress has been made.
-
Refunds made before any work has begun, will receive a full refund.
-
-
If something has come up that will cause the artist to be unable to proceed with the commission, you will be informed about this, and with the appropriate refund proceeding.
-
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. The artist will simply transfer the money back to you.
-
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and the artist will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.
-
The artist will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that the artist has completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning the artist again.
-
